The arms look pretty good.
I've always had trouble with arms also..they're pretty hard.
You should try and look at photos for reference.. like magazines and even just random photos.
That's what i do.
It really does help.
I cannot give any crits cos well we all know how bad I suck at drawing! lol
But yeah person above is helpfuls me thinks, the only way I could even begin to draw my Kakashi pic was using a pic of mah fiance as ref. I cannot draw anything without refs right now.

I think the arm is distorted because of the length, and because of the forearm. It goes from all muscular to slim really fast with little to not transition near the wrist.
I love it, though.
